| Anderson Butik Scandinavian Gifts offers shipping year round for most items with the exception of our frozen foods. Orders are generally processed in 24 hours and will arrive within approximately 5 business days via Regular UPS.
Please allow extra days up to 10 business days delivery during our busy Christmas season, from November 1st through December 24th.
Your order must include a phone number, and contain a street address with Rural Route, Box, Highway or Star Route. Anderson Butik Swedish Gifts is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses on orders placed. Any address correction charges billed to Anderson Butik due to an incorrect address will be passed on to the customer. Please make sure your address is correct.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. No holiday deliveries.

Shipping Information Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories,APO/FPO, Foreign Countries:
If your order is shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO, or a foreign country the shipping charge will depend on the package weight. Your order will usually be shipped by U.S. Mail by USPS Priority Mail Service when available. You will be charged a $ 3.95 handling charge, plus the exact shipping charge. These rates are preferable to UPS Second Day Air rates.
We ship many Canadian orders by Parcel Post or Air Mail through the Post Office.
Any customs charges in foreign countries are paid by the recipient. Shipping address corrections will incur an additional charge. Please verify your shipping address.
Continental United States Shipping:
SHIPPING: Most orders within the Continental United States are shipped by UPS ground service unless you request service through the Post Office. Shipments through the post office will incur an additional 20% surcharge on the shipping charges only. If you receive your mail at a PO Box and want your shipment to go UPS, please give us your physical address for UPS delivery. Special RUSH delivery to all U.S. addresses is available by UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air for an additional charge. Please call for information.
Taxes:
All Kansas orders must be charged 7.3% sales tax, including shipping.
Regular Shipping Deadline:
Orders placed before 10:30am CST will be processed for shipment that same day. Allow 24 hours processing for shipment of all subsequent orders.
Warm Weather Shipments & Deadlines:
Because of temperature variations throughout the USA, we may elect not to ship a food order over a weekend to guarantee its arrival in perfect condition. We make every effort to package and ship perishable items safely. We are not responsible for any damages due to events beyond our control. Perishable food orders are shipped on Mondays & Tuesdays, Oct. 12 through April 12th ONLY. Other times, please call in your order. Cold packaging is available for an extra charge of $11.95. We cannot guarantee MONDAY deliveries on any orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
When Lindsborg, Kansas temperatures are above 80 degrees Fahrenheit, shipments must go UPS Next Day Air, cold-packed. Cold packing charges for ice packs and coolers is an additional $11.95. Our supplies of perishable items are limited during summer months. For more information regarding shipment of perishable items, please contact us.
Confirmations:
We will e-mail you a confirmation of your order within 24 hours of placing your order. If you don't receive a confirmation within 48 hours of order placement, call us at (800) 782-4132, or e-mail us at

Cancellations:
Since every effort is made to ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them, it is difficult to cancel an order. If an order status shows "SHIPPED" it cannot be cancelled. If an order status shows "IN PROCESS", then you can cancel it ONLY by calling a Customer service representative at (800) 782-4132.
Missing Products:
If your order has a missing item not on backorder, call us ASAP at (800) 782-4132, or e-mail us at
imports@andersonbutik.com so we can completely fulfill your order. We will try our best to reply back to you within 24 hours, and resolve the matter quickly.
Returns or Exchanges:
Please return the item(s) in question within 30 days of receipt. Damaged items will be replaced or a refund issued, plus a credit will be issued for return shipping. Exchanges will be made for the value of the item returned only. Returns: A refund check will be sent or your credit card will be credited for the value of the item returned. A refund is made the same way the original order is placed. If an order is placed on a credit card, a refund will be issued on the same credit card. Refunds are not transferable to another person.
