How to make Sturdiwheat Swedish Pancakes.

1. Measure 1 cup of Sturdiwheat Swedish Pancake Mix into bowl then add 1 1/4 cup of water and 1 TBSP of melted butter and stir.

2. For large panckase use 1/2 cup of batter per pancake.

3. Cook on greased skilled over medium heat (375 degrees). Turn when bubbles apear on surface and edges look a bit dry. Cook until golden brown.

Serving Suggestions
1. Serve with Lingonberries
2. Pureed fruit
3. Fruit preserves
